If you’re planning to build a new home in New Jersey you’ve probably already realized how important a great floor plan is to creating a home that truly meets your family’s needs and lifestyle.

Country Classics at Hillsborough offers you 6 spectacular floor plans that include 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 2-car side entry garage and basement. You then have the option to add additional features such as morning & sunrooms, princess suites & Jack and Jill Baths, first floor guest suites, 3-car side entry garages and more.

Fox Brook at Montgomery gives you your choice of 5 fantastic plans—each one with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3-5 baths, 3-car side-entry garage, paved driveway and a morning room to name a few included features. You can also add structural upgrades such as a sunroom, first floor guest suite and more!

Somerset_side.pngIt’s also important, however, to take a look beyond the walls of your prospective home to make sure you’ve selected the community that best matches your needs and desires. Both of these communities are wonderful places to live. For instance Money Magazine ranked Hillsborough as one of the top places to live in the entire country based on criteria such as earning capability, low crime rate, and highly-rated schools. It was also listed as one of the safest cities in America by Safewise.com.

The schools in Montgomery Township are outstanding as well. Their school district ranks among the best schools in New Jersey, and the schools were ranked as "the best bang for the buck" by New Jersey Monthly magazine. Montgomery High School was the 4th ranked NJ public high school (out of 316 schools).  Montgomery Township is also a very extremely convenient place to live—located only 50 miles from both New York City and Philadelphia. A number of Fortune 500 companies make their home in the area, including Johnson and Johnson, Bloomberg Financial, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Merrill Lynch. And Montgomery Township is part of what’s called “Einstein’s Alley”— a home to vibrant communities and cutting-edge companies that draw on the area’s intellectual powerhouses including Princeton University, Rutgers University, Princeton Plasma Physics Lab, Institute for Advanced Study, Sarnoff Corporation and other leading research institutes.

We all know that life consists of more than work and school. So what is there to do in and around Hillsborough and Montgomery Township?  Both communities are within easy driving distance to the Poconos and the Jersey Shore if you want to get away for the weekend. And if you want to stay a little closer to home, you’ll be just minutes away from upscale shopping, fine dining, golf, recreation and entertainment. You and your kids will always be able to find something fun to do.

Of course there’s more to selecting a place to live than great schools, convenient shopping, and easy access to great employers. Part of your choice will come down to the physical characteristics you want for the property your home sits on. Country Classics at Hillsborough is a somewhat larger community with the activities and surroundings you’d expect from a bigger neighborhood. You’ll have the opportunity to easily engage with your neighbors around you. And even though you’ll have a community around you, you’ll still be able to enjoy plenty of room. Some of the Hillsborough lots even back up to open space.

These larger homes are on one-plus acre treed lots. There are only 22 sites in the whole neighborhood—making this are a truly private enclave for families who cherish their space and privacy.

It really depends on what’s most important to you. The great thing is that with a Country Classics home in Hillsborough or Fox Brook in Montgomery the choice is up to you!
