Our Story 

Here’s a bit about our family-owned and operated business. Country Classics began in 1988. In the following decades, brothers Scott and Todd Van Cleef put their extensive education to work creating quality communities for New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Both have Bachelor's Degrees in Business & Economics from Lafayette College in Easton, PA, and Scott also earned a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development & Finance from New York University.

Creating superior rental properties and new homes draws on a shared skill set, but our ability to provide a stellar experience over such a more comprehensive range of needs, preferences, and prices gives us the kind of flexibility and extensive knowledge other uni-tasking firms can only envy. Anyone who says you have to specialize to be successful hasn’t met Country Classics.

We take immense pride in the communities we create. When neighborhoods begin together, everyone gets to participate in building communities and a shared history. It’s a joy to watch the places we made celebrate with their 10th annual barbeque, and kids who grew up together in our communities graduate.
