The Somerset at Montgomery Pet Policy

Our community is pet-friendly as follows:

1. A maximum of (1) pet is permitted per apartment when accompanied by a fully executed pet addendum.  The total weight limit of the pet is not to exceed 50 lbs. 

2.  Only common household pets (no exotics) are accepted.  Acceptance of dogs is based on breed.  Speak with the Leasing Agent to discuss breed restrictions. 

3.  Pet fees apply (see Leasing Requirements and Community Information on the Availability page for more information).

4.  Service animals to accompany a resident with a verifiable disability for the purpose of aiding that person are not considered “pets”.
