Savvy home buyers know that not all homes are created equal. But what sets an exceptional home apart from “just another house?” Are there truly advantages to selecting homes from one builder over another? Since 1988, we’ve helped more than 1,500 homeowners find their dream homes. We understand what’s most important to potential homeowners and which factors influence their home-buying decisions.

Our customers have told us that they chose Country Classics homes based on these things:

Location

“Location, location, location,” is more than just an old real estate adage. In fact, your home’s location is just as important as its design. That’s why Country Classics builds in some of the most desirable communities in New Jersey. Homes built in these areas tend to increase in value and fetch competitive prices when they’re sold. Our communities offer unparalleled views, convenience, great schools, and an exceptional lifestyle.

Although our new homes communities are located in quiet neighborhoods, you’re never far from the things you need – from highways to shopping to public transportation. Country Classics homes are close to many major employers in Central New Jersey and are within commuting distance of New York City and Philadelphia.

We look for locations that are just as appealing as they are convenient when choosing sites for our new home communities. At the moment, we have 19 single-family detached homes for sale in a beautiful riverside community in Frenchtown, NJ.

Design

Country Classics’ homes fit your family’s lifestyle. In addition to offering plenty of space and all the modern conveniences, homes are designed with taste, flair, and classic beauty.

Airy, open plan designs make it easy to catch up with friends or keep an eye on your children or grandchildren. Of course, we also include multiple private spaces, like first-floor studies, formal living and dining rooms, and lofts. Our kitchens feature islands, 42” kitchen cabinets with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample room for holiday gatherings with family or friends.

Primary bedroom suites offer the ultimate in luxury with large walk-in closets, spa-quality bathrooms, sitting areas, and plenty of natural light. Generously sized secondary bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping spaces for your children or guests.

Quality

Great design is only the first step in creating a quality new home. The process also requires unrelenting attention to detail that extends to the fine finishes of your home. And quality isn’t just something you see—it’s something you feel when you walk into a Country Classics home. And that’s something that comes from craftsmen who take pride in their work.

We’ve worked hard to establish our reputation as the area’s premier home builder. Our construction team doesn’t take shortcuts or use inferior products. In fact, we design and build houses that we’d be proud to live in. Quality has been the driving force since we founded our company and remains crucial to our success today. Every Country Classics home is designed and built to meet our exacting standards and stand the test of time.

Country Classics stands behind our homes and offers warranties that help you avoid unexpected repair costs. Although you’ll probably never need it, your new home warranty covers repair or replacement costs for many items in your home for one year.

Personalization

New home buyers get to choose the features, fixtures, and appliances that go into their Country Classics home. We offer samples of many of the name-brand products we use to build your home, including flooring, cabinets, countertops, fixtures,  roofing, and siding, at our Design Studio. Our design professionals can help you select products, finishes, and features that will make your new house feel like home the moment you step through the front doors for the first time.

Local Connection

Bigger isn’t always better, particularly when it comes to home builders. When you buy a home from a large, national builder, the home building process can seem impersonal and confusing. That’s not the case at Country Classics. We only build homes in the areas we know best in Central New Jersey. When you build with us, you’re a valued client, not just one of a thousand faceless customers.

As local residents ourselves, we understand what buyers in New Jersey want. Our designers incorporate local trends and design preferences when creating floor plans for our new home communities.

Informed Decisions

Purchasing the right home is a big decision. That’s why it’s important to make sure you make an informed decision. We’re committed to helping prospective clients get the information they need to make the right decision for their families. It’s why we offer free, no-obligation tools such as our Move-In Checklist to help you make an informed decision about your future home.

Our team is always available to answer your questions about buying a brand-new home. We understand that building a house can seem a little overwhelming at times and are happy to explain what you can expect during every phase of the home-building process.

Experience

Like so many things, building products and techniques have changed over the years. For over three decades, the team at Country Classics has enthusiastically embraced changes that make it possible to design and build homes efficiently without skimping on quality. We use time-honored construction techniques coupled with the latest technological advancements to build high-quality, attractive homes in prime areas.

We’ve built more than 1,500 homes in the area. We know what families in this area are looking for—and we know how to deliver it.

A Great Supporting Team

Homebuilders don’t build houses by themselves. It’s important to have a great team of trade partners and suppliers to ensure that every aspect of the home gets the attention it deserves. Our network of partners and suppliers includes some of the biggest names in the industry, like Shaw, MOEN, Whirlpool, American Standard, and Daltile.

Options

Although a great basic design is critical, it’s often the little tweaks that make a home uniquely yours. Many of our new home communities offer multiple floor plans and hundreds of upgrades. Some of our communities even provide the opportunity to expand the size of your new home or add rooms. Depending on the upgrade options available, you could extend your family room or garage, or add a first-floor study or guest suite to your home.

Picturing the interior of a home accurately can be a little difficult when you’re looking at floor plans. Fortunately, we’ve made it easy for buyers at Country Classics at Frenchtown to “see” the layout of our single-family detached homes with a 3D virtual tour

Value

Smart home buyers know that true value in a home isn’t about how much money you spend on your house—it’s about how much you get for the money you spend. Listening to what our customers say they want—and delivering it —has helped us become one of New Jersey's premier family homebuilders.

Those are just a few of the advantages of owning a Country Classics home. If our approach to home building meshes with yours, we’d love to talk to you about becoming a homeowner at one of our new home communities.
